冠心病,高血压病人血脂及载脂蛋白的临床研究

冠心病（ＣＨＤ）、高血压病（ＥＨ）是心血管疾病中的主要病种，严重危害人类健康。因此，减少及预防ＣＨＤ和ＥＨ的发生是十分重要的。在ＣＨＤ的诸多危险因素中以高血脂症影响较大。作者探讨了８９例ＣＨＤ及ＥＨ病人的血脂、脂蛋白及载脂蛋白的代谢及临床意义，并与１２１例正常人进行比较，结果表明，ＣＨＤ及ＥＨ病人的脂质代谢异常，以载脂蛋白、脂蛋白最为明显。因此，对ＣＨＤ及ＥＨ病人以及ＣＨＤ危险人群除进行血脂监测外

CLINICAL STUDY OF SERUM LIPIDS AND APOLIPROTEINS IN PATIENTS WITH CORONARY HEART DISEASE AND ESSENTIAL HYPERTENSION

Coronary heart disease(CHD) and essential hypertension (EH) were common cardiovascular diseases.They were harmful to human health.The method of preventing and reducing CHD was to control the risk factors such as smoking,hypertension,diabetes,obesity and hyperlipidemia etc.Among them hyperlipidemia was one of the most important factors.We measured serum lipid metabolic parameters in 89 patients with CHD and EH,and compared these results with those of the healthy volunteers.The results showed that there was abnormal metabolism of lipid in patients with CHD and EH.Therefore,regular measurement of serum lipid levels,especially lipoprotein and apoliprotein in patients with CHD,EH and other people at risk is very important.We can manage abnormal lipid metabolism by monitoring serum lipid,lipoprotein and apolipoprotein in order to reduce the morbidity and mortality of CHD.
