摘    要:目的研究小蓟中蒙花苷简便快速的含量测定方法,为评价药材及饮片质量提供方便。方法采用高效液相色谱法,测定3种产地小蓟中蒙花苷的含量。色谱条件:Lichrospher C18色谱柱(4.6mm×200mm,5μm),柱温30℃,甲醇-水(45∶55)为流动相,流速1.0mL.min-1,检测波长326nm。结果小蓟中蒙花苷在0.09981~0.79848μg范围内具有良好的线性关系良好(r=0.9998),平均回收率为99.89%,RSD=2.84%。结论经过系统的方法学考察,该方法具有简便、专属、稳定、可重复的特点,可用于小蓟中蒙花苷的含量测定。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE HPLC was used to establish a method for determination of linarin in herb of herba Cirsii.METHOD The chromatographic conditions were:Lichrospher C18 column(4.6mm×200mm,5μm),methoanol-water(45∶55)as mobile phase,flow rate being 1.0mL·min-1,column temperature at 30℃,detection wavelength at 326nm.RESULT The liner range of linarin was 0.09981~0.79848μg(r=0.9998),the average recovery was 99.89% and RSD was 2.84%.CONCLUSION The method is proved to be simple,rapid and accurate and may be used to determine linarin in herb of herba Cirsii.
