| 摘 要： | 目的探讨深部静脉血栓（DVT）患者血浆蛋白C活性和D-二聚体水平及意义。方法采用发色底物法（蛋白C）和免疫比浊法（D-二聚体）对28例DVT患者血浆蛋白C活性和D-二聚体进行了检测。并与正常对照组（n=20）进行比较。结果DVT患者血浆D-二聚体水平均明显高于正常对照组（P〈0．01），而蛋白C活性比正常对照组明显减低（P〈0．01）。结论DVT与蛋白C活性减低有关。D-二聚体增高对于诊断DVT有重要意义。
