| 摘 要： | 目的建立伤科七味片(马钱子粉、延胡索)的质量标准。方法采用TLC法对延胡索干浸膏进行了鉴别试验;采用HPLC法测定马钱子粉的含量。以C18化学键合硅胶为固定相,以甲醇—离子对溶液为流动相。结果在TLC色谱中检出延胡索。士的宁在10.21~102.1μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.1%,RSD为1.35%。结论所建立的方法简便可行,重现性好,为伤科七味片质量控制提供了方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish the quality standard for Shangkeqiwei Tablet(Semen strychni pulveratum,Rhizoma corydals).Methods TLC was used for the qualitative identification of Rhizoma corydals.Semen strychni pulveratum puerarin was determined by RP-HPLC.The stationary phase consisted of C18 chemistry key agrees well with silica gel.The mobile phase consisted of methanol-ion pair solution.Results It was shown that a good linear relationship existed in the range of 10.21～102.1 mg/L of strychnine,the average recovery was 99.4%,RSD was 1.25%.Conclusion This method is simple,feasible and reproducible,it could be used for the quality control of Shangkeqiwei Tablets. |
