CDFI检测晚孕期脐动脉血流的临床价值

目的探讨晚孕期脐动脉血流的特征性改变及临床意义。方法应用二维超声和CDFI进行产前常规检查，并检测出脐动脉血流的PI、RI、S／D值，提出诊断。结果在8000例晚期妊娠常规超声检查中，多普勒频谱共检出脐动脉血流改变的74例，呈现单纯PI增高或S／D增高，PI、S／D两项增高，PI、RI、S／D三项值皆高。脐动脉血流频谱测值的改变与母体患有疾患和胎儿生长发育情况有一定的关系。结论CDFI在晚孕期进行常规检查，并提出对临床诊断和治疗有一定的指导意义。

CDFI Assessment on Umbilical Artery Blood Flow in Later Pregnant Trimesters

Objective To explore the characteristic changes of the blood flow in the umbilical artery and its clinical significance.Methods Antenatal routine check up with two-dimensional ultrasound(2-DUS) and CDFI was conducted.PI?RI and S/D of the blood flow in the umbilical artery were checked and diagnosced;Results Of 8000 cases in later pregnant trimesters,74 cases had umbilical blood flow changes on routine ultrasonography.PI and S/D isolatedly,or both PI and S/D,or all of the PI?RI?S/D were increased.These changes of the umbilical blood flow were related to the diseases of the mothers or the growth of the fetuses.Conclusions CDFI routine check up in later pregnant trimesters has significant guidance for clinical diagnosis and treatment of intrauterine growth retardation(IUGR) and hypoxemia distress syndrome.
