骨桥蛋白基因在前列腺癌组织中的表达及临床意义

摘    要:目的 研究骨桥蛋白(OPN)基因在前列腺癌中的表达及临床意义。 方法 收集我院2008年1月至2011年5月行前列腺癌手术后的石蜡包埋标本80例、良性前列腺增生组织石蜡包埋标本35例。应用免疫组化MaxVision法,检测前列腺癌和前列腺增生组织中OPN的表达情况,分析 OPN的表达与临床病理参数之间的关系。结果 OPN蛋白在前列腺癌和前列腺增生组织中的阳性表达率分别为72.50%(58/80)和8.57%(3/35), 差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。OPN蛋白阳性表达率与前列腺癌的T、 M分期正相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);OPN蛋白阳性表达率与前列腺癌的年龄、N分期和Gleason评分无相关性,差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 OPN蛋白在前列腺癌组织中高表达,提示OPN基因可能与前列腺癌的发生和转移过程有关。

Abstract:Objective To study the OPN gene expression and its clinical significance in prostate cancer. Methods A to- tal of 80 samples of prostate cancer and 35 samples of benign prostate hyperplasia were collected from our hospital during Jan. 2008 and May 2011. The OPN expression was detected by immunohistochemistry of MaxVision. The correlation between the OPN expression and the clinical pathological parameters were then analyzed. Results The positive expression rates of OPN were 72.50% (58/80) and 8.57% (3/35) respectively in prostate cancer and benign prostate hyperplasia, with a significant statistical difference (P〈0.05). The expression of OPN was positively correlated with the T stage and M stage of prostate cancer (P〈0. 05), but not with age and lymph node metastasis and Gleason score (P〉0. 05). Conclusion The overexpres- sion of OPN indicates that it may play a certain role in the development, progression and infiltration of prostate cancer.
