| 摘 要： | 目的观察大鼠急性肠道感染后内脏敏感性和血浆胃肠激素的变化,探讨胃肠激素在感染后肠易激综合征(PI-IBS)发病机制中的作用。方法随机将60只大鼠分为模型组和正常对照组,分别用福氏IV型志贺氏痢疾杆菌和生理盐水灌胃。模型组急性肠道感染16~22 d,测定两组大鼠的肠道感觉阈值。远端结肠行病理学检查,用放射免疫法测定血浆胃肠激素的变化。结果模型组肠道感觉阈值明显降低(P<0.05),而组织学无明显变化,表明其出现内脏高敏感性;模型组血浆胃肠激素胆囊收缩素(CCK)、P物质(SP)显著升高(P<0.05)。结论大鼠在急性肠道感染消失后,会出现内脏高敏感性;胃肠激素的异常参与了PI-IBS的发病过程。
