护理质量控制体系模式的研究

为建立护理管理质量标准化模式，建立护理质控组织并界定其职责范围，制订护理质量标准，实施护理质量控制体系的运行，以实现病人从来医院候诊、就诊、住院、治疗、护理到出院及出院后追踪随访服务的全过程护理质量监控，使影响护理质量的全部因素处于受控状态。

Model of Quality Control of Nursing Services

Objective. To establish standardized model for managing and improving the quality of nursing services. Method. Development of nursing service standards and practice guidelines in specialized areas through corresponding committees as well as interdisciplinary coordination was used as effective approach to promote desirable practice variation or improvement, standardize appropriate resource use , and measure the effectiveness of care through expected care benefits. Result. Whole processes of quality assurance are satisfactorily monitored, including nursing care in waiting room, physician office, hospitalization, treatment and follow - up services, with all the influencing factors of nursing care kept under management.
