二甲双胍联合妈富隆治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床观察

目的:观察二甲双胍联合妈富隆治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床效果。方法:测定60例PCOS患者的性激素及血脂后口服妈富隆及二甲双胍,用药3个月后复查性激素、血脂。结果:60例患者用药3个月后LH、T、LH/FSH下降,与用药前比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);TC、TG、LDL-C下降,与用药前比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:胰岛素增敏剂二甲双胍联合口服避孕药妈富隆在一定程度上改善了高雄激素状态和胰岛素抵抗,还改善了患者的脂代谢,是治疗PCOS的一种较为理想的方法。

Clinical observation on polycystic ovary syndrome treated with metformin and marvelon

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacies of metformin and marvelon in treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods:60 patients with PCOS orally taken metformin and marvelon,respectively,the levels of sex hormones and serum lipids before treatment and at 3 months after treatment were detected.Results:After treatment for 3 months,the levels of LH,T and LH/FSH decreased,compared with the levels before treatment,there was significant difference(P<0.05).The level of TC,TG and LDL-C decreased,compared with the levels before treatment,there was significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Metformin and marvelon can improve excessive androgen status,insulin resistance and lipid metabolism,which is a good method for treatment of PCOS.
