宫颈癌筛查中标本质量的评估方法

目的:探讨宫颈癌筛查中宫颈脱落细胞涂片标本质量的评估方法。方法:采用肉眼观察和显微镜下观察2种方法对经巴氏染色后的涂片质量进行评估。肉眼观察标本的涂片面积、涂片厚度;镜下观察鳞状上皮细胞数量、鳞状上皮细胞被遮盖情况、有无颈管柱状上皮细胞等指标。结果:肉眼观察19448张涂片,满意标本为91.76%,抽检的2082张镜下观察涂片,满意标本为76.85%。结论:在宫颈癌筛查中通过快速、便捷的肉眼+镜检相结合的方法,能迅速将质量评估结果和建议反馈给现场取样的医生,及时指导医生改进取样和涂片的方法,提高涂片标本的质量,以满足"子宫颈细胞学TBS报告系统"中对涂片标本质量的要求。

Evaluation method of specimen quality in cervical cancer screening

Objective:To explore the evaluation method of cervical smear samples quality in cervical cancer screening.Methods:Macroscopic observation and microscopic observation were conduct to evaluate the cervical exfoliated cells smear samples.The area and thickness of the Pap smear samples were observed by macroscopic observation.The number of squamous cells and the presence of neck columnar epithelial cells were also observed under microscope.Results:Among 19 448 smears observed by macroscopic observation,91.76% of the smears was satisfactory;2 082 smears were observed under microscope,76.85% of the smears was satisfactory.Conclusion:The combination of macroscopic observation and microscope observation can feed back results of quality evaluation and advices to sampling doctors timely,so as to improve their levels of sampling and smearing,to achieve the requirements of "cervical cytology TBS reporting system".
