取卵后授精时间对胚胎质量的影响

目的:探讨体外受精—胚胎移植中取卵后授精时间对胚胎质量的影响。方法:对进行体外受精-胚胎移植51个周期的357枚卵子分为两组,A组取卵后2～3h授精,B组取卵后4～6h授精,均于受精后5h左右去除卵丘细胞观察第二极体排出的情况,分别统计并比较两组的成熟卵率、受精5h后的第二极体排出率、正常受精率、多精受精率及优质胚胎率。结果:两组的成熟卵率、受精5h后的第二极体率、排出第二极体卵母细胞的正常受精率与多精受精率和优胚率差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:IVF-ET中取卵后在最佳授精时间内授精并不影响胚胎的质量。

Effect of insemination time after ovum pick up on embryo quality

Objective:To explore the effect of insemination time after ovum pick up on embryo quality in in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVF-ET).Methods:357 oocytes of 51 IVF-ET cycles in cases receiving IVF-ET were divided into A group(insemination at 2～3 hours after ovum pick up) and B group(insemination at 4～6 hours after ovum pick up);cumulus cells in the two groups were removed at 5 hours after ovum pick up,and excretion of the second polar bodies was observed;the rates of mature oocytes,excretion rates of the second polar body at 5 hours after ovum pick up,normal fertilization rates,polyspermy rates and good quality embryo rates in the two groups were compared.Results:There was significant difference in the rate of mature oocytes,excretion rate of the second polar body at 5 hours after ovum pick up,normal fertilization rate,polyspermy rate and good quality embryo rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Insemination within the optimum time after ovum pick up in IVF-ET does not affect the quality of embryo.
