655名育龄妇女达到妊娠时间(TTP)的研究

目的:了解育龄妇女在人类自然生育状态达到妊娠时间(Time to Pregnancy,TTP)。方法:对655名已婚妇女婚后孕育情况进行随访调查,计算这些妇女在夫妻同居生活、不采用避孕措施情况下达到妊娠的时间(TTP)。估算半数妊娠所需时间,应用Kaplan-Meier生存分析方法计算受孕累积概率,结果比较采用Log-rank检验方法。结果:655名妇女中,597名发生了怀孕,其余58名妇女(8.9%)没有受孕。全部已婚妇女半数妊娠所需时间为5个月,怀孕率在1、3、6、12及24个月分别是13.1%、30.1%、62.0%、80.6%和87.6%;相对而言,597名已经妊娠妇女组,半数妊娠所需时间为5个月,妊娠率分别为14.4%、33.0%、68.0%、88.4%和96.1%。尽管两组累积妊娠数据相似,在调整年龄对TTP的影响后,已妊娠妇女组高于所有妇女组。结论:半数夫妇在5个月经周期不避孕性生活可以怀孕,1年累积妊娠概率为85.3%,TTP和累积妊娠概率与女方年龄存在显著相关。

Study on time to pregnancy of 655 women of childbearing age

Objective:To understand the time to pregnancy (TTP) of women of childbearing age in a natural pregnancy state.Methods:The pregnancy and delivery status of 655 married women were followed up and investigated, TTP was calculated on the condition that they lived with their spouses and they did not adopt any contraceptive methods; the time of half-pregnancy was evaluated and calculated, Kaplan-Meier survival analysis was used to calculate the cumulative probability of conception, the results were compared with Log-rank test method.Results:597 women got pregnancy among 655 women of childbearing age, the other 58 women did not get pregnancy (8.9%); the time of half-pregnancy for all the married women was 5 months, the pregnancy rates at 1, 3, 6, 12 and 24 months were 13.1%, 30.1%, 62.0%, 80.6% and 87.6%, respectively. Among 597 pregnant women, the time of half-pregnancy was 5 months, the pregnancy rates at 1, 3, 6, 12 and 24 months were 14.4%, 33.0%, 68.0%, 88.4% and 96.1%, respectively. The data of cumulative pregnancy in the two groups were similar, but after adjusting the effect of age on TTP, the data in pregnant women were higher than those in all women.Conclusion:Half of the couples may get pregnancy after 5 menstrual cycles without contraception, the cumulative pregnancy rate of one year is 85.3%, there was a correlation between TTP, cumulative pregnancy rate and maternal age.
