摘    要:探讨骆驼蓬总碱及其脂质体对兔后囊混浊形成的影响。方法 用改良冻融法制备LTAH。10只健康纯种新西兰白兔分别每眼行晶状体囊外摘出术并分别注入0.1ml浓度为0.2 TAH及LTAH。观察术后后囊,手术前后眼压,角膜内皮细胞,视网膜电图及组织病理学变化。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of liposome encapsulated total alkaloid of harmaline( LTAH) on lens epithelial cells(LEC) and preventing the formation of posterior capsule opacification(PCO) Methods LTAH was prepared by modified freeze thawing method. 0.1ml LTAH(0.2g/L) were injected into the capsular bag during extracapsular lens extraction (ECLE) of 10 rabbit eyes. Data on intraocular pressure, density of corneal endothelial cells,the b wave of ERG as well as the histopathological examination were collected. Results PCO formation was found both in TAH treated and control group by 4 weeks,however, it was much milder in LTAH group. There was no difference in the density of corneal endothelial cells,the amplitude and latency of b wave of ERG between the LTAH eyes, and control eyes. Histopathological study revealed that LEC proliferation occured by 4 weeks and Soemmering ring formation by 8 weeks in controls, only mild vacuolization of LEC was noted in the LTAH and TAH treated eyes. Conclusion The results suggest that LTAH or TAH could inhibit proliferation of LECs without definite toxicity, therefore it may be used as a potential agent in preventing the development of PCO.
