| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨铸造金属桩核在后牙牙体大面积缺损修复中应用的临床疗效。方法：选择42例牙体大面积缺损经完善根管治疗的后牙，间接法制作铸造金属桩核，再按照常规制作金属烤瓷冠修复。通过2年以上的观察复查并进行临床疗效评价。结果：在临床疗效观察期间，除了1例根折、2例脱落之外，其余39例效果良好，有效率达92．86％。结论：铸造金属桩核是修复后牙牙体大面积缺损的一种效果良好的方法。
