| 摘 要： | 目的研究生长抑素受体亚型SSTR2和SSTR5在人原发性肝癌组织中的表达情况。方法应用免疫组织化学方法分别检测25例原发性肝癌组织和14例癌旁肝硬化组织SSTR2、SSTR5的表达。结果18例（72％）肝癌组织至少表达一种生长抑素受体亚型，表达部位位于肝癌细胞的胞浆及胞膜，10例（71．4％）癌旁肝硬化组织至少表达一种受体亚型；肝癌的分化程度、TNM分期、血清AFP水平、乙肝病毒水平、肝功能Child．pugh分级等与受体的表达无明显相关性。结论72％原发性肝癌组织中表达生长抑素受体亚型SSTR2和（或）SSTR5，肝癌组织在受体的表达上存在差异性。
