石英纤维桩磨牙残冠修复28例

目的观察石英纤维桩修复磨牙残冠的疗效。方法对28例31颗磨牙残冠,根管治疗后采用Bisco公司石英纤维桩固位再全冠修复磨牙。结果经过半年至两年的随访观察,31颗牙中有1例于修复后1年时出现纤维桩的松动,脱落;无根折,桩折现象发生。结论石英纤维桩修复磨牙残冠是快捷,稳固,符合牙体生物性能有效的修复方法。

Quartz Fiber Post Restoration for Residual Molar Crown of 28 Cases

Objective To observe the effects of quartz fiber post for the restoration of residual molar crown.Methods 31 residual crown teeth of 28 patients were restored with Bisco quartz fiber post and resin cores after root canal therapy.Results After follow-up of six months to two years,one case of 31 teeth after one year for the repair appeared the loosening and abscission of fiber pile;there were no root fracture and pile fracture occurring.Conclusion Quartz fiber post restoration for the residual molar crown is a fast,stable and effective restoration method,which accords with the biological properties of dental.
