| 摘 要： | 总结了电子健康卡（码）在突发公共卫生事件中的应用，包括识别个人健康身份、优化居民就诊流程、提供疫情信息便民服务、采集疫情相关数据等，并就如何将电子健康卡（码）进一步应用于完善公共卫生信息采集、辅助长效信息交换共享及加强应急宣传教育等方面提出了建议。

| Abstract: | The application of electronic health card (code) in emergency public health events (identifying personal health status, optimizing resident hospital visiting process, providing epidemic information service for the convenience of the people, and collecting epidemic diseases-related data) was summarized with suggestions proposed for the further application of electronic health card (code) in improving the public health information collection, assisting the long-term effective information exchange and sharing, and strengthening the emergency propagation and education. |
