摘    要:目的对设计相同但规格尺寸不同的同型号产品进行接触状态分析,为磨损试验的规格选择提供理论依据。方法基于合理性假设,利用ABAQUS模拟膝关节系统在站立位时的受力情况,并通过采用富士感压纸(MW)对不同规格产品进行接触面积试验,用于对比分析研究。结果通过模拟分析,该型号产品随着规格增大,股胫接触面积增大,范围为128~220 mm~2,形状逐渐加宽,接触应力减小,范围为20.73~32.70 MPa。结论对比接触应力和接触面积的综合变化率,以及各个规格的市场占有率,确定选择#4或#5规格进行膝关节磨损试验更为合理。

Abstract:Objective To analysis the contact state of the same model products with the same design but different specifications, and provide theoretical basis for the selection of wear test specifications. Methods Based on reasonable assumptions, ABAQUS was used to simulate the force of the knee joint system in the standing position, and the contact area test of different specifications was carried out by using Fuji prescale film (MW) for comparative analysis. Results Through simulation, with the increase of specifications, the contact area of the femoral-tibia increased, whose range was from 128 to 220 mm2, while the shape gradually widened. The contact stress decreased, whose range was from 20.73 to 32.70 MPa.Conclusion Comparing the comprehensive rateofchange of contact stress and contact area, as well as the market share of each specification, it is more reasonable to select specification of #4 or #5 for the knee wear test.
