中医辨证治疗宫颈HPV感染研究进展

宫颈人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染在临床较为常见,特别是高危型HPV持续感染是引起宫颈癌的主要原因,由此引起人们的重视。宫颈HPV感染在中医学归属"带下病"范畴,湿邪、热邪与毒邪为其主要致病因素,笔者对近5年中医辨证治疗宫颈HPV感染的文献做一归纳,针对不同临床表现总结出四大治法即扶正祛邪法、清热除湿法、清热解毒法和健脾除湿法及对应治疗的方药,以供各位医者借鉴及开拓思路。

Advances in traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation treatment of cervical HPV infection

Cervical human papillomavirus (HPV) infection is more common in clinical practice,especially high-risk HPV persistent infection is the main cause of cervical cancer,which has attracted people''s attention. Cervical HPV infection belongs to the category of "sub-disease" in traditional Chinese medicine,with dampness,heat and poison as its main pathogenic factors. The author summarizes the literature on the treatment of cervical HPV infection by Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation in the past five years. According to the different clinical manifestations,four main methods are summarized,induding,the method of strengthening and dispelling evil,the method of clearing heat and removing evil,the method of clearing heat and detoxification,and the method of invigorating spleen and removing dampness,which can be used for reference by doctors and develop ideas.
