| 摘 要： | 目的探讨前路治疗胸腰段骨折的疗效。方法46例胸腰段爆裂骨折患者行前路减压,植骨并kanada,TSRH,Z-p late内固定系统治疗。结果所有患者随访6-20月,平均植骨愈合时间4.5月。神经功能根据ASIA[1]分级:A级12例,B级7例,C级14例,D级7例,E级8例;术后有4例A级无神经功能改善,其余皆有不同程度提高。结论胸腰段骨折采用前路手术治疗,安全可靠,能对脊髓充分减压,矫正畸形,重建脊柱的稳定性,最大限度恢复脊髓功能。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of the anterior treatment of burst fracture of thoracolumbarspine.Methods 46 cases with burst fracture of thoracolumbar spine were operated on by anterior decompression,bone-planting and Kanada,TSRH,Z-plate internal fixations.Results All patients were followed up for 6-20 months,the average fusion time was 4.5 months.According to ASIA grading system of neural function : grade A in 12 cases,grade B in 7 cases,grade C in 14 cases,grade D in 7 cases and grade E in 8 cases respectively pre-operatively.4 cases had no improvement,the others had not improved in different degrees post-operatively.Conclusion Anterior therapy is safe and reliable.It can reduce the pressure sufficiently,rectify the deformity,reconstruct the stabilization of spine,and recover the function of spinal cord to a greater degree. |
