输尿管内支架管残留的原因及处理

目的探讨输尿管内支架管残留的原因及临床处理方法。方法回顾性分析16例输尿管内支架管残留病例的临床处理。结果术中顺行插管,输尿管内支架管残留的发生率为0．95%(7/740例)。内支架管残留原因：放置不到位14例(87．5%),管回缩2例(12．5%)。输尿管镜下一期取管13例(81．25%),二期取管2例(12．50%),开放性手术取管1例(6．25%)。结论术中顺行插管时,解剖因素造成的内支架管放置不到位是造成输尿管内支架管残留的主要原因；而在输尿管镜下取管是处理输尿管内支架管残留的最佳方法。

Cause and treatment of stent remained in the ureter

Objectives To analyse the causes of the stent remained in ureter and its clinical management. Methods Retrospectively analyzed the clinical management of 16 cases with stent remaied in the ureter.Results The incidence of ureteral stent remained during antegrade catheterization was 0.94%;including improperly placed and positioned in 14 cases (87.5%),and retraction in two (12.5%).The stent was removed through ureteroscopy in 13 cases at one stage,2 at two stage,and one through operation.Conclusions The stent improperly placed and positioned during antegrade catheterization were the main cause of stent remaining due to anatomical factors.Re- move the stent through ureteroscopy is the best choice of its management.
