| 摘 要： | 本文报告了β-IFN(鼠)对C_(57)BL/6j小鼠CFU-GM的集落产率、吞噬功能及超微结构的影响,结果表明IFN能抑制CFU-GM增殖,但是100IU IFN能使单系细胞的吞噬力增强。讨论了IFN在正常造血调控及再生障碍性贫血发病机理中的意义。 |

| Abstract: | We observed the effects of IFN on the colony forming ability, phagocytosis of cells and the morphology of colony cells of CFU-GM of C57BL/6j mice. The results showed that IFN could inhibit the proliferation of CFU-GM, but 100IU IFN might promote the phagocytosis of macrophagocytic cells. The signification of IEN in the regulation of hemopoiesis and pathogenesis of aplas(?)ic anemia were discussed. |
