精神运动发育测验在亚型地方克汀病诊断中的应用

本文报告了石河子地区学龄儿童缺碘组91人,对照组277人经五项精神运动发育测验结果基本符合正态分布。依据对照组的均数和标准差,分性别和年龄制定各测验的划界分,按划界分计算两组受试的损伤指数 (DQ),两组差异非常显著(P<0.001)。各测验与智测总分、身高相关系数分别为0.71～0.43,0.72～0.40。各测验重测相关系数分别为0.96、0.70、0.52、0.27。本测试系列作为“亚地克病”诊断的一种定量指标,诊断符合率达89%。

Tests of psychomotr development used in the diagnosis of sub-type of epidemic cretinism

In a comparison of five psychomotor development tesets,91 children withiodium defficiency and 277 normal controls were evaluated.The cut-point by sex and age de-veloped based on mean value and standard deviation of normal control group was used toform damage quotient(DQ).The DQ between iodium defficiency group and controls showedsignifcant difference(P<0.001).The relative coefficients of the five tests,total IQ and child height were 0.71-0.40 and 0.72-0.43 respectively.The diagnostic agreement between the fivepsychomotor tests when used as quantitative index in clinic and clinical diagnosis of sub-typeof epidemic cretinism was 89%.
