Abstract: | Anomalous origin of the right coronary artery (RCA) from the pulmonary trunk (PT) is rare. Fewer than 20 cases have been reported.1 Most have been incidental findings at autopsy or during surgery for other reasons.2–4 Rarely, diagnosis has been made by angiography.5,6 We report here a patient with the RCA from the PT, diagnosed by 2-dimensional echocardiography (2-D echo). |
