糖尿病周围神经病变现代针灸治疗浅论

近年来,糖尿病的发病率呈现逐年上升趋势,作为糖尿病常见并发症之一的糖尿病周围神经病变的发病率也在逐年增加。此病的治愈率极低,且有较大几率进展为糖尿病足,而西医治疗进展缓慢,花费较高。目前临床研究表明针灸治疗该病疗效明显,并且副作用少,临床可行性高。本文就糖尿病周围神经病变近五年来的针灸临床研究进展展开综述如下。

Discussion on Acupuncture and Moxibustion Therapy for Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

In recent years,the incidence of diabetes has been on the increase.as one of the common complications of diabetes,the incidence of peripheral neuropathy is also on the increase year by year.The cure rate of this disease is extremely low.And there is a greater chance to progress to diabetic foot.More over,Western medicine treatment evolves slowly which also costs a lot.At present,clinical researchs show that acupuncture treatment has obvious cure effect to this disease with fewer side effects and high clinical feasibility.This article introduces the clinical research progress of acupuncture and moxibustion on diabetic peripheral neuropathy in recent five years.
