雷火灸联合少腹逐瘀颗粒治疗慢性盆腔炎46例

目的:观察雷火灸联合少腹逐瘀颗粒治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效。方法:选取2016年11月~2019年3月被我院妇科门诊确诊的慢性盆腔炎患者46例,给予雷火灸关元、中极、归来、三阴交、阿是穴,每穴20~30min,每日一次;少腹逐瘀颗粒口服,每次1袋,每日3次;2周为1个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程,观察治疗前后中医症状积分变化、复发率及不良反应发生情况,评定临床疗效。结果:治疗后患者症状积分显著降低;总有效率为97.83%;复发率为2.22%;化验室检查肝功肾功,所有病例未见异常;未见恶心、呕吐消化道反应病例。结论:雷火灸联合少腹逐瘀颗粒能够有效改善慢性盆腔炎患者的临床症状,缓解疼痛,且复发率低、无毒副作用。

46 Cases of Chronic Pelvic Inflammation Treated by Leihuo Moxibustion Combined with Shaofu Zhuyu Granule

Objective: To observe the curative effect of Leihuo moxibustion combined with Shaofu Zhuyu granules on chronic pelvic inflammation. Methods: Forty-six patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease diagnosed in our hospital’s gynecological clinic from November 2016 to March 2019 were selected and treated with Leihuo moxibustion Guanyuan, Zhongji, Guilai, Sanyinjiao and Ashi points, each point 20~30 min, once a day;Shaofu Zhuyu granules, 1 pouch each time, 3 times a day;2 weeks as a course of treatment, 2 consecutive courses of treatment. Evaluated and observed changes in TCM symptom scores, recurrence rates, and adverse reactions before and after treatment, and evaluate clinical efficacy. Results: The TCM symptom scores of patients were significantly reduced after treatment;the total effective rate was 97.83%;the recurrence rate was 2.22%;laboratory tests of liver function and kidney function showed no abnormalities in all cases. Conclusion: Leihuo moxibustion combined with Shaofu Zhuyu granules can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and relieve pain in patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, and has a low recurrence rate and no toxic side effects.
