宁夏地区氟牙症患者心理及认知状况的分析研究

目的对氟牙症患者的心理状况的进行研究分析,为氟牙症与患者心理状态的相关性研究提供依据。方法运用随机数表法随机抽取2018年9月至2019年1月就诊于宁夏医科大学总医院口腔医院牙体牙髓病科的氟牙症及非氟牙症患者各50例作为研究对象,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对其心理反应症状进行评定,并填写牙齿美观认知及态度的问卷调查表。结果氟牙症患者与非氟牙症患者在人际关系敏感、焦虑、抑郁这3项因子的得分的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。氟牙症患者与非氟牙症患者对牙齿外形及颜色的满意度、与人交谈时对牙齿关注度和对牙齿漂白需求的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氟牙症影响患者的心理健康,大多数氟牙症患者有牙齿美白的需求。

Analysis and study on psychological and cognitive status of patients with dental fluorosis in Ningxia

Objectives To study and analyze the psychological status of patients with dental fluorosis,and to provide the basis for the study of the correlation between dental fluorosis and patients'psychological status.Methods Fifty patients with dental fluorosis and 50 patients with non-dental fluorosis from September 2018 to January 2019 in Dental and Pulpal Disease Department,General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University were randomly selected by random number table.Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90)was used to assess their psychological response symptoms and fill in the questionnaire of dental aesthetic perception and attitude.Results There were significant differences in the scores of interpersonal sensitivity,anxiety and depression between patients with fluorosis and non-fluorosis(P<0.05).There were significant differences between patients with fluorosis and non-fluorosis in satisfaction with tooth shape and color,attention to teeth in conversation and demand for tooth bleaching(P<0.05).Conclusion Dental fluorosis affects the mental health of patients.Most dental fluorosis patients have the need for tooth whitening.
