舌下含服维拉帕米治疗阵发性室上性心动过速临床研究

目的 探讨舌下含服维拉帕米对阵发性室上性心动过速(PSVT)的治疗作用.方法 经心电图检查确诊的42例PSVT患者随机分成二组,舌下含服维拉帕米组22例(A组)和静脉注射维拉帕米组20例(B组).分别于用药前、PSVT终止后记录血压、心率、起效时间(用药后心率下降达20次/分以上时为起效时间)和PSVT终止时间,并记录症状改善情况.结果A组:起效时间(7.05±1.79)分钟,PSVT终止时间(11.14±8.82)分钟,成功率90.90%;B组:起效时间(7.27±3.13)分钟,PSVT终止时间(9.15±6.81)分钟,成功率95.00%.二组比较疗效差异无显著性(P>0.05).结论 该方法简单起效快,疗效好,无明显副作用,具有推广应用价值.

Clinical study of sublingual verapamil n paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia

Objective To research the effect of sublingual verapamil on Paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia (PSVT). Methods 42 patients with PSVT by electrocardiograghic diagnosis were randomly divided into 2 groups ,22 patients by Sublingual verapamil (A group) and 20 patients by intravenous verapamil(B group),and compared. Making notes of BP、HR、 symptoms before drug was used and after PSVT was converted,and acting(when HR descended beyond 20 bpm) and converted tme of PSVT. Results A group:acting time (7. 05±1. 79)min,converted time 1(1. 14±8. 82)min and succeeding rate 90. 90%. B group:acting time (7. 27±3. 13)min,converted time (9. 15±6. 81)min and succeeding rate 95. 00%. The effect of sublingual Verapamil is as good as compared with intravenons verapamil (P>0. 05). Conclusion This is an easy rapid acting and effective way to treat the patients with PSVT,it has no obvious side effect. Therefore it has a promising future in clinical Practice.
