逆行交锁髓内钉治疗股骨干骨折的疗效观察

目的：观察逆行交锁髓内钉治疗股骨干骨折的临床疗效.方法：回顾性分析本科室收治的57例股骨干骨折患者的临床资料,所有患者均行逆行交锁髓内钉治疗,记录手术时间、术中出血量、术后骨折愈合时间,观察术后患者恢复及并发症发生情况.结果：本组57例患者手术时间为40～92 min,平均（62.5±19.3）min;术中出血量380～800 mL,平均（465±77）mL.术后43～76 d达临床愈合,平均（56.7±11.9）d.所有手术切口愈合良好,未见明显炎性反应.术后3个月患者关节活动良好,未发生感染、断钉、内固定松动及医源性血管损伤等相关并发症.结论：应用逆行交锁髓内钉治疗股骨干骨折,创伤小,并发症少,骨折愈合时间短,术后恢复良好.

Outcomes of internal fixation with retrograde interlocking intramedullary pin in femoral shaft fractures

Objective： To investigate the outcomes of internal fixation with retrograde interlocking intramedullary pin in femoral shaft fractures. Methods：Clinical data on internal fixation with retrograde interlocking intramedullary pin from 57 patients with femoral shaft fractures were analyzed retrospectively. The operation duration,intraoperative blood loss, and time to healing were recorded, as well as the recovery and postoperative complications were observed. Results： The operation duration was （ 62. 5 ± 19. 3 ） min （ range 40-92 min ）, intraoperative blood loss was （465 ± 77 ） mL （ range 380-800 mL）, and time to clinical healing was （ 56.7 ＋ 11.9 ） d （range 43-76 d） in 57 patients recruited in this study. Healing of all operation wounds was excellent with no remarkable inflammatory reactions. Joint motion was satisfactory at three months post-operation, and no complication （ such as infection, rupture of pins, loosening of internal fixation and iatrogenic trauma of blood vessels） was reported. Conclusion：Internal fixation with retrograde interlocking intramedullary pin for treatment of femoral shaft fracture proves to be less invasive,with fewer complications, shorter time to healing and satisfactory recovery.
