2002年惠州市托幼机构消毒质量监测结果分析

目的了解惠州市托幼机构卫生状况 ,为卫生行政管理提供科学依据。方法　参照中华人民共和国卫生部《消毒技术规范》2 0 0 2年版1] 和GB15 982 - 1995《医院消毒卫生标准》进行检验和评价。结果　 5 7家幼儿园空气细菌总数合格率 6 9% ,餐、饮具合格率 80 % ,幼儿和教师手合格率 92 % ,物体表面合格率 93% ,玩具合格率 95 %。其中公立幼儿园 (共 14家 )空气细菌总数合格率为 95 % ,餐、饮具和物体表面合格率 10 0 % ,幼儿和教师手合格率 92 % ,玩具合格率 95 %。私立幼儿园 (共 4 3家 )空气细菌总数合格率为 6 0 % ,餐、饮具合格率 73% ,物体表面合格率 90 % ,幼儿和教师手合格率92 % ,玩具合格率 95 %。结论　不同级别的幼儿园对消毒工作的认识和重视程度不一样

On the Disinfection Quality of Nurseries in Huizhou City (2002)

Objective To understand the hygienic condition of nurseries in Huizhou and to offer scientific basis for hygienic administration. Method According to Technical Standard For Disinfection published by Hygienic Department of CPR in 2002 and GB15982-1995 Hygienic Standard For Disinfection In Hospital, 57 nurseries in Huizhou were examined. Result The qualification rate of total germs in air of 57 nurseries was 69%, tableware was 80%, hands of children and teachers was 92%, object surface was 93%, toy was 95%. Among these nurseries 14 were public by the government, and the qualification rate of total germs in air of them was 95%, tableware and object surface were 100%,hands of child and teacher was 92%,toy was 95%. In private nurseries (43 nurseries), the qualification rate of total germs in air was 60%, tableware was 73%, object surface was 90%, hands of child and teacher was 92%, toy was 95%. Conclusion Different understanding and attaching importance to the disinfection exist in different level of nurseries.
