Abstract:
Summary: This article reports the first published case of spontaneous, simultaneous rupture of both the anterior and posterior cruciate ligaments 3 months after radiofrequency thermal probe treatment. The patient had no previous traumatic injury to the knee. Simultaneous rupture occurred under minimal physiologic load. Clinical, radiologic, and surgical findings are presented.Arthroscopy: The Journal of Arthroscopic and Related surgery, Vol 16, No 7 (October), 2000: pp 732–736
