门、急诊输液护理信息管理软件的研制与应用

目的通过医院计算机网络研制一套适合门、急诊输液工作和管理的专用软件。方法采用美国Inprise公司大型Delphi5软件和美国微软公司的SQL2000大型数据库软件,设置256种注射药物配伍结果指南和门、急诊护理工作量化指标数据,利用门、急诊收费处计算机系统已存在病人用药处方信息的网络资源,开发出门、急诊输液护理信息管理软件。结果实现了门、急诊输液护理管理的自动化、网络化、系统化、科学化、规范化。结论该软件系统完备、操作简单、实用性强,大大减轻了护士劳动强度,提高了工作效率和质量,同时能客观地提供门、急诊输液各项护理管理信息,具有推广应用价值。

The development and application of the nursing information software for the managemnt of emergency intravenous infusion

Objective To develop a professional software suitable to the management of intravenous infusion in the clinic and emergency based on the hospital computer network.Methods The Delphi 5 Software of Inrise and the SQL 2000 Software of Microsoft were applied to set up the guidance of the outcome of mixture of 256 types of injection druges and the quantitive indicator of nrsing works in the clinic and emergency,and based on the current perscirption information computer network in the charge office,we developed the nursing information software for the management of the intravenous infusion in the clinic and emergency.Results Application of the nursing information software realized the automatization,networking,systematism,scientification and standardization of the management of intravenous infusion in the clinic and emergency.Conclusions The nursing information software was characterized with complete system,easy to operate and good practicability,which graeatly reduced the nurses' workload,improved the efficiency and quality of nursing,and could offer nursing information of the intravenous infusion in the clinic and emergency objectively as well as.It is worth to be recommended.
