健康促进对提高新涂阳肺结核病人发现率的作用分析

目的探讨健康促进对提高新涂阳肺结核病人发现率的作用。方法2005年1月—2006年12月在玉溪市9个县实施以下健康促进措施:举办各种结核病健康知识培训班、张贴政府布告、发放宣传单/画、通过电视和广播播放结核病有关知识、在各级医疗机构制作宣传栏、街头宣传等方式进行宣传,收集病人就诊信息及结核病人发现工作的相关指标进行分析与评价。结果2005—2006年共有可疑症状13938例就诊,发现新涂阳肺结核病人1042例,新涂阳登记率由项目实施前的17.17/10万,提高到25.19/10万,健康促进实施效果调查显示,从经过培训的医务人员处获得结核病相关信息就诊的可疑症状者最多,占68.5%,其次为通过各种健康宣传获得信息主动就诊的占23.0%。结果显示实施健康促进后可疑肺结核症状者就诊率、新涂阳肺结核病人登记率均较上年同期明显增高。结论实施结核病健康促进工作,可以提高可疑肺结核症状者就诊率和新涂阳肺结核病人发现率,对结核病控制工作起重要作用。

Analyze of Health Promotion to Increase Case Finding of Smear Positive Tuberculosis

OBJECTIVE To explore the impact of health promotion activities to increase case of smear positive tuberculosis.METHODS The following health promotion measures were carried out in 9 counties from Jan 2005 to Dec 2006 in Yuxi,which includes holding training classes for all kinds of pulmonary tuberculosis,flyers/posters,TV or radio programs,propaganda columns,street propaganda etc,collecting patients information and analyzing concerned target.RESULTS From 2005 to 2006,13 928 suspects sought service and 1 042 new smear positive TB cases were detected.The new smear positive registration rate increased from 17.17/105 to 25.19/105.Health investigation shows that the suspects are most from the training doctors who attained the information,covering 68.5 percent,in addition,23 percent of the patients are those who are active seeking medical service patients.The results show that the rate of TB suspects seeking medical service and the registration rate of smear positive TB were significantly higher than those in the same durntion.CONCLUSION The implementation of health promotion acties can increase the fate of TB suspects seeking medical selvice and case detection rate of smear positive tuberculosis,which plays an important role for pulmonary tuberculosis control.
