联合门静脉化疗预防直肠癌术后局部复发及肝转移

目的 探讨直肠癌根治性切除术后联合门静脉化疗对预防术后局部复发和肝转移的治疗效果。方法 对1995年1月至1999年10月本院收治的60例直肠癌病人术前随机分为两组，即术后联合门静脉化疗治疗组(PVC组)30例，术后单纯外周静脉全身化疗组(对照组)30例，对其疗效进行临床观察分析。结果 治疗组(PVC组)3年生存率、局部复发率、肝转移率分别是86．6％、10％、6．6％。直肠癌根治术后联合门静脉化疗组l—3年复发率比对照组明显低，生存率比对照组明显高，差异有非常显著意义(P＜0．01)。结论 直肠癌根治术后联合门静脉化疗可以明显降低局部复发率和肝转移率，提高5年生存率和生存质量。

Prevention of local recurrence and liver metastasis with combined protal vein chemotherapy after radical rectal carcinoma operation

Objective To investigate the effect of combined portal vein chemotherapy after rectal carcinorma radical operation on preventing local recurrence and liver metastasis.Methods Sixty cases of rectal carcinoma from Janurary 1995 to October 1999 were collected and ramdomly divided into two groups.Thirty cases were given combined portal vein chemotherpay and the other 30 cases were treated with simple whole-body vein chemotherapy after operation.The therapentic effect were observed and analyzed.Results In therapeutic group,three-year sunvival rate,local recurrence rate and liver metastasis rate were 86.6%,10% and 6.6% respectively.The recurrence rate in the theraptutic group was lower and the survival rate was higher than that in control group.The differences were significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Combined portal vein chemotherapy after radical rectal carcinoma operation could lower the recurrence rate and liver metastastic rate prominently and incease 5 years sunvival rate and life quality.
