| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨榄香烯乳加 5氟脲嘧啶 (EF方案 )治疗晚期胃癌的疗效。方法 :6 8例晚期胃癌随机分为两组 ,一组采用EF方案 ,另一组采用 5氟脲嘧啶、阿霉素和丝裂霉素 (FAM)作为对照观察。结果 :近期疗效EF组和FAM组分别为 37 5 %和44 4% ,两组无显著差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ,但生活质量改善率分别为 6 8 7%和 5 0 0 % ,EF组明显优于FAM组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,且前者副反应少。结论 :榄香烯乳加 5氟脲嘧啶是治疗晚期胃癌的有效方案 ,特别是改善病人生活质量有明显疗效

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate therapy effect of Element and 5-Fu(EF) on far-advanced gastric cancinoma.Methods:68 patients with far-advanced gastric cancenoma were devided into two qroups at vandom.The first group(32case) received with Elemene emulsion and 5-Fu.The seconed receved with 5-Fu ADm and MMC.Results:The therapeutic cffectiveness rate of short term of the first and second group was 37.5% (12/32) and 44.4% (16/36) resp ectively (P>0.05),improvemet rate of life quatity.of them was 68.7% (22/32) and 50% (18/36) respectivety.There is significant difference between these group (P<0.05) the side effect was Liqht.Conclusion:The EF is an eflective for patients with far-advanced Cancinoma especialy improve daily activities. |
