浙江省永康市2008~2010年肺癌发病分析

目的]分析2008～2010年永康市肺癌发病情况。方法]利用2008～2010年永康市社会保障局医保和农保的医疗资料和永康市人民医院就诊的新发肺癌患者的发病数据,分析性别、年龄别发病率。人口标化率采用全国1982年人口普查的人口结构和Segi’s世界人口结构为标准。结果]2008～2010年永康市恶性肿瘤新发病例4194例,肺癌新发病例837例,占19.96%,居第1位。肺癌发病率为49.15/10万（男性73.55/10万,女性23.73/10万）,中标率为30.45/10万（男性47.23/10万,女性14.09/10万）。肺癌年龄别发病率随年龄增长而增加,在80＋岁组达到高峰,为314.32/10万。结论]肺癌是威胁永康市居民健康的重大疾病之一,应加强对肺癌的预防和控制。

An Analysis on Incidence of Lung Cancer from 2008 to 2010 in Yongkang City, Zhejiang Province

Purpose] To investigate the incidence of lung cancer from 2008 to 2010 in Yongkang city,Zhejiang province. Methods] The data of medical record of new patients with cancer were collected from Yongkang Medical Security Office and Yongkang First People’s Hospital. Incidence,age-specific incidence,age-standardized incidence and proportion were calculated. Chinese population sensus in 1982 and Segi’s population were used for age-standardized incidence. Results] The total newly diagnosed cancer cases from 2008 to 2010 were 4 194,and the newly diagnosed lung cancer cases were 837,accounted for 19.68%. The crude incidence of lung cancer in Yongkang city was 49.15/10 5 （73.55/10 5 in male,23.73/10 5 in female）,age-standardized incidence by Chinese standard population（ASR China） was 30.45/10 5 （47.23/10 5 in male,14.09/10 5 in female）. The age-specific incidence increased with age increased, 80 ＋ years old group reached the highest level with incidence of 314.32/10 5 . Conclusion] Lung cancer is one of the major threats to the health in Yongkang city. Prevention and control should be carried out for lung cancer.
