母亲参与婴幼儿保健对父母养育方式的影响

目的:为更好促进儿童早期身心的全面发展,探讨以母亲为中心参与婴幼儿保健对父母养育方式的影响。方法:在中山某社区内实施促进母亲参与儿童早期发展干预活动后,采用儿童养育情况母亲问卷对参加项目的母亲进行问卷调查。以参加《母亲参与婴幼儿保健》项目的社区的母亲为实验组,选择另一经济、社会环境相似的社区的母亲为对照组,两组各150例。结果:①实验组家庭的玩具和图画书数量显著多于对照组,在给孩子讲图画书上的故事、带孩子去动物园或游乐场以及带孩子参加培训班等方面两组有显著性差异;②实验组母亲表扬孩子的次数显著高于对照组,并更能用鼓励的方法教育孩子;③实验组父亲比对照组更能参与对孩子的管教,而且父母对孩子的管教态度一致性显著高于对照组。结论:母亲参与婴幼儿保健丰富了孩子认知刺激环境,提高了母亲的育儿技能,同时使父亲在育儿过程中发挥更积极的作用。

The research of the effect of mother's participation in infant health care on parents' nursing manner

Objective:To promote children's early development both in body and mind, and to probe into the influence of mother's participation in infant health care on parents' nursing manner. Methods:After intervention of promoting mothers to participate in children's early development in certain community of this city, the mothers who joined in the item were investigated via questionnaire.Results:①The amount of toy and drawing book in the family of experiment group was significantly more than that of control group. Significant difference was found between two groups in telling stories from drawing book to children, going to the zoo or pleasure ground with children, and taking part in training course with children and so on. ②The times that mothers praised children of experiment group were more than that of control group. And mothers of experiment group can educate their children in more hortative way than that of control group. ③Fathers of experiment group were more concerned with children's education than that of control group. The parents' educating attitude towards children of experiment group is more consistent than that of control group.Conclusion:Mothers' participations in infant health care enrich the cognitive and stimulating environment for children, enhance mothers' educating skill, and make fathers more active in the course of education at the same time.
