| 摘 要： | 22例松果体区肿瘤直视手术,男16例,女6例。年龄7～39岁。10例做Conray脑室造影检查,12例做颅脑CT检查,均获定位诊断。手术入路采用额部经侧脑室入路(EropoB氏法)和侧枕部入路(Poppen氏法)。肿瘤全切除7例,其中6例痊愈,1例死亡。肿瘤次全切除10例,其中9例良好,1例死亡。肿瘤部分切除5例,均有好转。本文对两种手术入路进行了比较,认为侧枕部入路优越性多;并着重对临床特点、诊断和直视手术治疗进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | Of the 22 patients with tumors in the pineal region, 16 were malesand 6 females. Their ages ranged from 7 to 30 years. Diagnosis wereconfirmed by ventriculography in 10 cases and CT in 12 cases. The fron-tal transventricular approach and occipital transtentorial approach wereapplied. The occipital transtentorial approach has the advantages of anample operative fields, etc. Total excision was carried out in 7 cases,of which 6 were cured and 1 died, subtotal excision in 10 cases, ofwhich 9 showed satisfactory results and 1 case died, partial excision in5 cases, all of which showed improvement. The clinical characteristics,diagnosis and operative treatment of these tumors are discussed. |
