热淋清对经尿道前列腺电切术后患者生活质量影响的观察

目的观察热淋清对经尿道前列腺电切术后患者生活质量的影响。方法将78例前列腺增生症患者按入院顺序分对照组38例和观察组40例,两组按常规治疗及护理,观察组术前2 d开始口服热淋清颗粒剂8 g/次、3次/d,20 d为1疗程。术后2周测量残余尿和最大尿流率,术后3月进行国际前列腺症状评分、生活质量评分及观察并发症发生情况。结果观察组生活质量(1.6±0.8)分,国际前列腺症状评分(9.1±2.8)分,残余尿和最大尿流率分别为(10.5±10.3)ml、(17.0±3.3)ml/s,明显优于对照组,比较有统计学意义(P0.01或P0.05);观察组术后并发症例数少于对照组。结论经尿道前列腺电切术患者口服热淋清能改善排尿异常症状,提高生活质量。

Observation on effect of Relinqing on patients' quality of life after electro-prostatectomy through urethra

Objective To observe the effect of Relinqing on patients＇ quality of life after electro-prostatectomy through urethra.Method Divide 78 patients with prostatic hyperplasia into observation group（n=38） and observation group（n=40） according to hospitalizing order.Patients in both two groups receive routine treatment and nursing care.2d before operation,patients in observation group take Relinqing granules 8g a time,3 times per day orally.The therapeutic period was 20 days.2 weeks after operation,test residual urine and maximum flow rate.3 months after operation,test international prostate symptom score,life quality score and observe the condition of complications.Result Life quality score of observation group is（1.6±0.8）.International prostate symptom score of observation group is（9.1±2.8）.Residual urine and maximum flow rate of observation group are（10.5±10.3） ml and（17.0±3.3） ml/s,which are obviously better than those in control group.The difference is significant（P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）.Complication in observation group is obviously less than in control group.Conclusion Patients undergoing electro-prostatectomy through urethra take Relinqing granules orally can relieve paruria and improve patients＇ quality of life.
