多功能足膝浴疗机的研制

目的研制一种多功能足膝浴疗机,使浴液可以没膝,可实现多部位喷洗,具有自动计时、座椅电动升降和漏电、低液位自动保护等功能的多功能足膝浴疗机。方法治疗槽设计成深度达630mm、足部宽、腿部窄的＂靴形＂结构,用电动推杆驱动的安装有铰接连接的升降装置,可使座椅平稳升降,治疗槽内壁四周均设置有喷嘴,通过循环泵可以将恒温的药液直接喷到病痛部位。治疗时间、喷洗压力、电磁阀的动作等都由单片机控制,采用模糊控制方法对中药液的温度进行控制。结果研制出的样机使用方便、安全可靠,可以满足1.5～1.9m身高的大部分人群的使用需求,中药液的控温精度达±1℃。

Development of Multi-function Foot and Knee Treatment System

Objective To develop a kind of multi-function foot and knee treatment system,which can spray many parts of the body and its washing water can submerge knees. This system has functions of automatic controlling time,electric seat,electric lift seat and leakage,low liquid level protection. Methods treatment trough are desighed as broad foot place and narrow leg place ＂shoe model＂ structure whose deepness reaches 630mm. The lift device which was drived by the electric handspike and was installed the gemel can make the seat up and down placidly. There are four nozzles aroud the treatment through wall. The traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） liquid with constant temperature was sprayed to the aching part by a circulator pump. The treatment time and spraying pressure and the action of electromagnetic valves are controlled by the MCU. The fuzzy control method is used to process the temperature of TCM liquid. Results The developed sampling machine has facility of safety and reliability and can satisfy most people of 1.5m-1.9m height. The temperature control accuracy of TCM liquid reachs ±1℃.
