| 摘 要： | 目的分析抗生素在小儿呼吸道感染使用存在的问题,并提出选用抗生素的经验,正确指导合理用药。方法有针对性地选择小儿就诊病例3 425例,对患儿选用抗生素情况进行分类统计,综合分析。结果小儿上呼吸道病毒感染占61.03%,细菌感染占28.96%,支原体感染占6.98%,分类不明显占3.05%.其中有86.15%（1 705/1 980）病毒感染致呼吸道疾病的患儿应用了抗生素。结论小儿上呼吸道病毒感染占首位,细菌感染次之,支原体感染占少数,应用抗生素一定要权衡利弊,按专家们规范的指南用药,杜绝不良反应,使抗生素得到合理使用。
