| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨胆囊大部切除治疗急性胆囊炎的方法及临床效果。方法:回顾性分析行胆囊大部切除治疗急性胆囊炎患者36例的临床资料。结果:伤口Ⅰ期愈合32例,Ⅱ期愈合4例。所有患者术后无胆瘘或隔下感染。术后6个月～12个月复查彩色多普勒超声36例,CT扫描7例,均无"小胆囊"和胆总管结石。结论:把握好手术时机,根据患者情况尽可能早期手术,是确保急性胆囊炎治疗发挥作用的关键。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the gallbladder most resection with acute cholecystitis method and clinical effect.Methods Retrospective analysis tifert line gallbladder most patients with acute cholecystitis resection 36 cases of the clinical data.Results The wound healing Ⅰ period 32 cases,Ⅱ period healing 4 cases.All of the patients without postoperative bile leaks or between the infection.Six months after surgery to 12 months review color dopplar ultrasound,CT scan 36 cases of 7 cases,there are no ＂small gallbladder＂ and bravery manager.Conclusion Grasp the operation time,according to the clinical situation as early surgical treatment with acute cholecystitis,is to ensure that the role of the key. |
