乌司他丁联合生长抑素治疗重症急性胰腺炎疗效的临床观察

目的探讨乌司他丁联合生长抑素治疗重症急性胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法将38例重症急性胰腺炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组。所有患者均给予常规治疗并使用生长抑素,观察组联合使用乌司他丁。观察组两组患者治疗前和治疗后TNF-α和IL-6水平改变情况及。结果治疗后观察组TNF-α和IL-6水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组总有效率为94.7%,对照组总有效率为68.4%,观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论乌司他丁联合生长抑素治疗重症急性胰腺炎患者能够有效抑制炎症反应,改善临床症状。

Clinical effect of ulinastatin combined with somatostatin on severe acute pancreatitis

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of ulinastatin combined with somatostatin in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis. Methods 38 cases with severe acute pancreatitis were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The two groups were given routine treatment and somatostatin, ulinastatin was added to the observation group. Changes of TNF-αand IL-6 level were observed in two groups before and after treatment. Results The levels of TNF- and IL-6 in observation group were superior to the control group after treatment, the differences were statistically significant （P0.05,P0.05）. The total effective rate was 94.7% in observation group and 68.4% in the control group.The total effective rate of observation group is higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）. Conclusion Ulinastatin combined with somatostatin can inhibit the inflammatory reaction and relieve the clinical symptoms in severe acute pancreatitis patients.
