| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the difference of serum follicle stimulating hormone,luteinizing hormone,estradiol,testosterone,thyroid stimulating hormone and prolactin between infertile patients with endometriosis and those without endometriosis.Methods:From 2015 to 2016,907 infertile patients with endometriosis(observation group)and 1579 infertile patients without endometriosis(control group)were selected,and the hormone levels of the two groups were analyzed.Results:There was no significant difference in the levels of follicle stimulating hormone,luteinizing hormone,estradiol,testosterone or thyroid stimulating hormone between the two groups.The prolactin level in observation group was higher than that in the control group[(17.8±8.8)ng/mL vs.(16.8±8.2)ng/mL,P=0.005].The serum level of prolactin was(17.1±7.1)ng/mL in ovarian type endometriosis patients and(18.9±11.0)ng/mL in peritoneal type patients.The prolactin level in peritoneal type patients was higher than that in ovarian type patients,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.009).Conclusions:The level of prolactin in infertile patients with endometriosis is increased.The mechanism research and intervention of prolactin may help to understand the mechanism of infertility,improving the effect of clinical diagnosis and treatment. |
