心理护理对系统性红斑狼疮患者心理状态的影响

目的:探讨心理护理对系统性红斑狼疮患者心理状态的影响。方法:采用成组病例对照研究方法,选择在我院治疗的患者66例,随机分成实验组和对照组,每组33例,两组药物治疗相同,实验组同时采用心理治疗与护理,包括对系统性红斑狼疮病认知疗法、心理疗法、行为疗法等,疗程为12周。分别于治疗前1周及治疗后12周对两组采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和焦虑、抑郁自评量表进行测评,并观察两组的效果。结果:治疗总有效率实验组为87.88%,对照组为66.66%,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05);实验组经心理治疗与护理后SCL-90总分及各因子分以及焦虑、抑郁评分均下降,与治疗前相比差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:心理治疗与护理对系统性红斑狼疮的康复有较好的效果。

Effect of psychological nursing on mental state in patients with SLE

Objective:To study the effect of psychological nursing on mental state in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).Methods:With the research method of unitizing case comparison,66 patients with SLE were selected from our hospital,and divided into experimental group and control group randomly,with 33 cases in each group.The identical pharmaceutical therapy was used in both groups,besides this,the experimental group was given psychological therapy including the cognitive therapeutics,psychological therapeutics and behavioral therapeutics of SLE and nursing care for 12 weeks.SCL-90 and the self-evaluation form of anxiety and dumps were used to test the two groups in a week before treatment and 12 weeks after treatment respectively,and their results were observed.Results:The total effective rate was 87.88% in the experimental group and 66.66% in the control group,with a statistical difference between them(P<0.05).The SCL-90 score,every elemental score and the self-evaluation score of anxiety and dumps after psychological treatment and nursing care decreased compared with those before treatment,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological treatment and nursing care have good curative effect for the recovery of SLE.
