窒息对新生大鼠脑组织及其超微结构影响的实验研究

摘    要:目的 探讨新生大鼠窒息后病理组织学及其超微结构的变化。为进一步探讨和完善缺氧因性脑病(HIE)的发生发展机制提供参考依据。方法 建立新生大鼠窒息模型,观察窒息后不同时相脑组织病理变化及其超微结构的变化。结果 窒息组大鼠脑组织的病理及超微结构与正常组比较有明显改变,并且以窒息后24h为著。结论 窒息在HIE发病过程中起着重要作用,窒息时间有助于判断HIE病变程度。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of asphyxiation to the brain issue and brain ultrastructure in newborn rat,and improve the mechanism of the occurrence and development of hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) Methods Asphyxiation model of new born rat was established,the changes of the contents of the brain issue and in brain ultrastructure in newborn rat were observed after asphyxiation of rat during different time.Results Compared with normal control,the brain issue and brain ultrastructure in newborn rat in asphyxiation group was brought forward obviously after twenty-four hours.Conclusions Asphyxiation play an important part in course of HIE. Asphyxiation time can help to judge the degree of disease and the course of disease.
