项针配合冰刺激治疗卒中后吞咽障碍的疗效观察

目的:观察项针配合冰刺激治疗卒中后吞咽障碍的疗效。方法:将60例脑卒中合并吞咽障碍患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例,治疗组采用项针配合冰刺激治疗,对照组采用神经内科脑卒中常规治疗方法。结果:治疗4周,治疗组治愈10例,有效16例,无效4例,总有效率86.67%;对照组治愈1例,好转7例,无效22例,总有效率26.67%,两组总有效率χ2检验差异有统计学意义(χ2=23.347,P<0.05)。结论:项针配合冰刺激治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍方法简便、疗效明确,值得临床推广应用。

Curative Effect Observation of Nuchal Acupuncture plus Ice Excitation on Dysphagia in Stroke Patients

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Nuchal acupuncture plus ice excitation on dysphagia in stroke patients. Methods： 60 stroke cases with dysphagia were divided randomly into treatment group（ n = 30） and control group（ n = 30）. The treatment group used the method of Nuchal acupuncture plus ice excitation while control group was only treated with neurology stroke conventional treatment methods. Results： With a treatment course of four weeks,in the treatment group,10 cases recovered,16 cases effective,4 case ineffective and the total effective rate was 86. 67%. In control group,1 case recovered,17 cases effective,22 cases ineffective and the total effective rate was 26. 67%. There was significance difference between two groups（ χ2= 23. 347,P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Nuchal Acupuncture plus ice excitation had a good result on treatment of dysphagia in stroke patients,which was easy to manipulate and worthy of clinical application.
