树鼩下丘脑视交叉上核传入联系的研究

摘    要:
用HRP逆行追踪技术,探讨了“灵长类原宗”树鼩下丘脑视交叉上核的传入联系.证明向单侧视交叉上核微电泳HRP后,至少在23个脑区出现标记细胞,而且大多出现在注射同侧。发现了过去未见报道过的新的标记区:(1)扣带前回皮质,(2)伏隔核,(3)丘脑连结核,(4)视前外侧区,(5)下丘脑外侧区,(6)无名质.

Abstract:
The present study was undertaken to explore the afferent connections of the Suprachiasmatic nucleus (SCN) in TBC(TuPaia belangeri chinensis) which is more close to the primates by using horseradish peroxidase(HRP) retrograde transporttechnique.At least 23 different brain regions were labeled following unilateral iontophoretic injection of HRP into the SCN. Labeled cells were observed mainly in regions ipsilateral to the injected SCN, though some regions could be labeled bilatetally.Since only the "Afferent map of rat's SCN" has been known until now, the present study elucidated some new brain regionswhich have not been described in the rat's SCN hitherto as follows: (1)Anterior cingulate cortex. (2)Accumbens septal nucleus. (3)Reuniens thalamic nucleus. (4)Lateral preoptic area. (5)Lateral hypothalamic area. (6)Substantia innominata.(Figures 2~11 on plate 57)
