| 摘 要： | 目的观察刃针疗法结合整脊手法治疗颈源性头痛的临床疗效。方法将120例颈源性头痛患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各60例,治疗组运用刃针疗法结合整脊手法治疗,对照组予毫针加常规推拿治疗,观察治疗前后两组疗效,3个月后随访。结果治疗组完全缓解60%、部分缓解26.7%、轻度缓解5%、无效8.3%;对照组治愈完全缓解36.7%、部分缓解40%、轻度缓解5%、无效18.3%。两组疗效相比,治疗组明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。两组患者治疗后评分及月发作次数分别与治疗前比较均有下降,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;3个月后随访两组患者评分及月发作次数也均较治疗前下降,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论刃针疗法结合整脊手法治疗颈源性头痛疗效显著,患者头痛症状可得到明显改善,较毫针加常规推拿治疗效果好。
