| 摘 要： | 目的探讨电针加艾条温和灸治疗类风性关节炎的效果。方法将60例患者随机分组,治疗组40例采用电针加艾条温和灸治疗,对照组20例采用口服雷公藤多甙片治疗。结果治疗组治疗2个疗程后统计：治愈17例（42.50%）,好转21例（52.50%）,总有效率为95.00%;对照组治疗2个疗程后统计：治愈8例（40.00%）,好转10例（50.00%）,总有效率为90.00%,两组疗效基本一致,无显著性差异（P〉0.05）。但从毒副作用比较看,电针加艾条温和灸组无任何毒副作用,而雷公藤多甙片组毒副作用发生率为45.00%。结论电针加艾条温和灸治疗类风湿关节炎有较好疗效并且无任何毒副作用。
